As part of our commitment to reduce emissions & pollution and support the capital “carbon neutral” objective by 2030, we increased our electric car charging points onsite earlier this year.
We have 14 – 22kW electric car charging stations located on the estate.
By installing additional electric car charging points on our Campus, we are demonstrating our commitment to tackling climate change and reducing carbon emissions. It is a big part of our ESG strategy and our promise to create a safer, cleaner and greener environment for our team, Guests and visitors.
As more of our Guests switch to electric vehicles, we have seen a steady increase in usage of our charging points. So far this year, we recorded 650 sessions.
In the last six months, EV charging at Chiswick Park has helped avoid 7,133kg greenhouse gas emissions. This equals to planting 183 trees and letting them grow for 10 years.
As the demand for electric vehicles continues to grow rapidly, we will continue to lead the way in charging provision as part of our plan to reduce the overall environmental impact of our business.
