Here at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Gary Blackledge as Operations Director, further strengthening the company’s senior management team.
As Operations Director, Gary will set the strategic direction for the 1.8 million sq ft office development in Chiswick, managed by property management company Enjoy-Work, and will be responsible for managing the operational performance of Chiswick Park.
Gary has over 19 years’ experience working in operational management in the hospitality, leisure and shopping centre sectors. Driven by a passion for standards and attention to detail, he fully understands the importance of Guest experience.

Gary Blackledge
Prior to joining Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work, Gary worked as Operations Manager for David Lloyd Leisure, then Regional Centre Manager for two mixed-use commercial/retail centres in London, before joining intu Properties as Operations Manager at Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex and then a national role as Head of Operational Delivery.
